Gray Wellness Consulting, LLC ("Gray Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at graywellnessconsulting.com (the "Site"), how we use that information, who we share it with, and the rights you have.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. Protected Health Information ("PHI") that you share with Lisa A. Gray, MEd, LMHC during the course of clinical services is governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the start of treatment, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA").

5. Protected Health Information
If you become a clinical client, the information you share during therapy or assessment is Protected Health Information ("PHI") under HIPAA. PHI is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive before your first clinical session. The Notice describes how PHI is used and disclosed, the rights you have regarding your PHI, and how to file a complaint.
Please do not include sensitive clinical information in Site contact forms or unencrypted email. Use the secure communication channels we provide as part of clinical services to discuss health information.
6. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. Lisa A. Gray provides counseling services to children age 6 and older through her clinical practice. For minor clients, intake information is collected from the parent or legal guardian through secure clinical intake channels, not through the public Site.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 through the Site, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze Site performance. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some Site functionality.
The Site is hosted on the Wix platform, which uses cookies as described in Wix's cookie policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including but not limited to Psychology Today. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
9. Your Rights
Massachusetts residents. Under Massachusetts law (Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 93H), you have the right to be notified of a data breach affecting your personal information.
Rhode Island residents. Under the Rhode Island Identity Theft Protection Act of 2015, you have similar breach-notification rights.
Right to access, correct, and delete. You may contact us to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information cannot be deleted on request — for example, clinical records subject to state and federal retention requirements, or records we are required to retain to comply with legal or tax obligations.
Marketing. We do not currently send marketing communications. If we begin to do so, you will be able to opt out at any time.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through the Site using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the type of information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through the Site only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Clinical records have separate retention requirements under state and federal law and are governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
